The Vermont Assocation of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE) is devoted to the professional development of chamber members and staff, whose organizations provide community development and marketing that will enhance the prosperity of businesses and the quality of life of all Vermont residents. Through a combination of member services and community programs, VACCE fosters an economic environment that provides for the needs of today's residents and future generations.

VACCE serves the needs and is the collective voice of Vermont's local Chambers of Commerce. The VACCE Board of Directors are themselves Directors of their own local Chambers.

One of the most important aspects of VACCE is its (similarly named) VACE Insurance Program. Through the VACE program, those participating small business members from local Chambers of Commerce are seen as one large "group" and therefore enjoy health insurance rates typically enjoyed by far larger companies.
