At the heart of Franklin County, is St. Albans, a vibrant community rich in history which retains unspoiled traditional New England town charm, centered around a spectacular green, known as Taylor Park, where fine dining and unique shopping experiences are a short stroll away. Home to the most northern conflict of the Civil War, The St. Albans Raid which celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2014.
